Corruption is an all too common occurrence in government. It's not unusual to hear about one politician or another using their power to benefit themselves rather than to serve the public that elected them. Unfortunately, the same kind of thing often happens in church leadership. Men and women seek positions of power or authority in the church not to serve their brothers and sisters in Christ but to serve themselves. How does the Christian keep from falling prey to this kind of attitude? How do they avoid falling under the sway of such leaders?
