Not By Bread Alone (Part 1)

Ever since the Fall, man has been burdened with the requirement of incessant labor, and so ever since then, he has also looked forward to the hope of a coming rest. In John 6, Jesus performs a miracle that speaks to that hope. What is it, and what does it teach us about that rest?
