About This Sermon

In Matthew 14:13-36 Jesus revealed the disciples' greatest need with the feeding of the five thousand. With this miracle He showed His disciples that what they needed more than anything else was a relationship with God. But if this is their greatest need, then what is their greatest problem? What prevents them from being in fellowship with God? In the very next passage of Matthew the scribes and Pharisees come to Jesus with a question about defilement, and in Jesus' reply He reveals the disciples' greatest problem. What is this problem? Ryan explains the answer in the second part of a two-part message from Matthew 15:1-20 entitled "The Disciple's Greatest Problem."
