About This Sermon
In 2 Corinthians 5:17, the apostle Paul writes: "Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold the new has come." There's no doubt it's a beautiful statement, but what does it mean? Is Paul simply referring to the fact that our repentance has produced a turning point in our lives that makes our thoughts and behaviors substantially different that before - what our culture would refer to as a "new you?" Or is he referring to something far more significant and profound? Upon closer examination, it seems to be the latter, and Ryan explains what that "something" is in a message from Colossians 3:5-11 entitled, "The New Creation."
