At some point in your Christian walk you’ve probably witnessed a faithful brother or sister abandon their faith. It’s a sobering experience that often causes the Christen to consider the potential pitfalls to faith that either they or those around them could face. What are those pitfalls? In the Sermon on the Mount, Jesus explains the kind of faith that is demanded by everyone who would enter the kingdom of heaven, and then He immediately warns against the pitfall of money as He warns the disciples to keep their mind fixed on their heavenly reward.
