About This Sermon
The death of Jesus on the cross for sinners is arguably the most profound event in human history. At the cross, God died as a man on behalf of sinners. As Christians consider the implications of this awesome truth, they are filled with a sense of awe and a desire to express their love for God in response to His amazing love for them. But how? How can we demonstrate our love for Christ and our appreciation of what He has done for us at the cross? As Paul reflected on the death of Christ, he saw a number of implications regarding how we should live in light of Christ’s death, and he shares one of this implications in Philippians 2:1-11. Ryan explains in this Good Friday message.
